Clipnic must submit a new release with every clip to our resellers (view iStock's Release Policy, or go here to see Revostock's). The wording in this release is theirs and we can/will not be able to modify anything within this release, so you must be willing to sign and date this form "as is" before we will consider booking you as a model.
